電(dian)纜故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)定點(dian)儀(yi)是運(yun)用(yong)(yong)(yong)地震波接(jie)收器(qi)接(jie)收由(you)高壓發生器(qi)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)球隙與故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點(dian)同步(bu)放電(dian)的原理(li)來實現定位查找。地震波接(jie)收器(qi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)接(jie)收礦用電纜在(zai)放電過程(cheng)中所產生的(de)地震波(bo)信(xin)號,使用聲音的(de)大小**確定電纜故障的(de)**位置。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁信(xin)號接收器用(yong)(yong)于接收故障電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜在放電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程中所產生的電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁信(xin)號,使用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁信(xin)號的強弱和有無,以確定故障電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜是否(fou)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),及粗略判斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的走向。
一(yi)般(ban)情況下(xia),應將地(di)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)波(bo)接(jie)收(shou)(shou)器(qi)和電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)接(jie)收(shou)(shou)器(qi)配合使(shi)用,在(zai)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)附(fu)近,沿電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)走向“S”形前進,每1~1.5m為(wei)(wei)1測點(dian)(dian),注(zhu)意(yi)辨聽地(di)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)波(bo)大小及觀察電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)的(de)(de)強(qiang)弱(ruo)。當電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)接(jie)收(shou)(shou)器(qi)收(shou)(shou)到電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)放電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)時(shi),地(di)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)波(bo)接(jie)收(shou)(shou)器(qi)也(ye)同(tong)時(shi)收(shou)(shou)到地(di)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)波(bo)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)時(shi),可(ke)判(pan)斷(duan)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點(dian)(dian)應在(zai)附(fu)近,一(yi)般(ban)距故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點(dian)(dian)2米左右(you)才能接(jie)收(shou)(shou)到信(xin)(xin)號(hao),此(ci)時(shi)應減小音量,在(zai)有地(di)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)波(bo)的(de)(de)范(fan)圍內(nei)加密(mi)探點(dian)(dian),以0.2米為(wei)(wei)1探點(dian)(dian),仔(zi)細偵聽,逐步縮小范(fan)圍,直至找(zhao)到聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)音*大點(dian)(dian)即為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點(dian)(dian)。如何正(zheng)確判(pan)斷(duan)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點(dian)(dian),故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點(dian)(dian)kydl_yyew附(fu)近的(de)(de)放電(dian)(dian)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)(wei)沉悶的(de)(de)“咚、咚”聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),而故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)放電(dian)(dian)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)(wei)清脆的(de)(de)“當、當”聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),如同(tong)金屬的(de)(de)撞擊聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。使(shi)用長期(qi)實踐,我們定位的(de)(de)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點(dian)(dian)精度達到了(le)與實際故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點(dian)(dian)地(di)面誤差不大于0.1米。
