判斷船用電線電纜斷點的新方法


大家對數字萬用表應該不陌生吧,它除了可以進行電壓、電流、電阻、電容和晶體管等基本參數的測量外,還可以通過變通使用,使其功能得到進一步拓展,達到一表多用的目的。但你知道數字萬用表還能用來判斷C船用電線電纜斷點嗎?

船用電纜船用電纜的內部出現斷線故障時,由于外部絕緣皮的包裹,使斷線的確切位置不易確定,用數字萬用表可以將這一難題輕松搞定。

具體方(fang)法:把有斷點的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan))一(yi)(yi)(yi)端接在220V市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)火線(xian)上,另(ling)一(yi)(yi)(yi)端懸空。將數字萬用(yong)表拔至(zhi)AC2V擋,從電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan))的(de)(de)火線(xian)接入(ru)端開始,用(yong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)只手捏住(zhu)黑表筆的(de)(de)筆尖,另(ling)一(yi)(yi)(yi)只手將紅表筆沿導線(xian)的(de)(de)絕緣皮(pi)慢慢移(yi)動,此(ci)時(shi)顯示(shi)屏顯示(shi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值大(da)(da)約(yue)為(wei)0.445V(DT890D型表所測(ce))左右。當紅表筆移(yi)動到某(mou)處時(shi),顯示(shi)屏顯示(shi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓突然下(xia)降(jiang)到0.0幾伏(大(da)(da)約(yue)是原(yuan)來電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)十分之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)),從該位置向前(火線(xian)接入(ru)端)的(de)(de)大(da)(da)約(yue) 15cm處即是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan))斷點所在。

斷芯故障點有以下方法進行檢測(ce):

感應法(fa) 可用(yong)感應電筆和數字萬(wan)用(yong)表;

適應于無金屬鎧(kai)裝和鋼帶屏蔽的(de)電纜;

要注意防止觸電,測試處(chu)及用(yong)設備復繞時的端頭接電處(chu)等。


具體做(zuo)法:

1、將電纜(lan)的導體芯(xin)懸空,并保(bao)證不會導致短路和(he)觸電事故發生;同時保證電纜盡(jin)量離接地體(如地面、設備等)遠一些;

2、在電纜中選擇完好的絕緣芯,接通220VAC的相線(火(huo)線),不接地線;

3、如(ru)果用感(gan)應(ying)(ying)電(dian)筆(bi),則手(shou)指接觸電(dian)筆(bi)上感(gan)應(ying)(ying)觸點,并在能明確帶(dai)電(dian)體(ti)(ti)絕(jue)緣層外測試電(dian)筆(bi)是否(fou)正常。如(ru)果用數(shu)字萬用表(biao),將(jiang)萬用表(biao)置(zhi)于20或(huo)200mV檔,則在紅表(biao)筆(bi)上套(tao)(tao)上較(jiao)薄的(de)塑料(liao)絕(jue)緣套(tao)(tao),用手(shou)握住黑表(biao)筆(bi);在明確帶(dai)電(dian)體(ti)(ti)絕(jue)緣層外測試,并讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu);然后移離帶(dai)電(dian)體(ti)(ti)較(jiao)遠位置(zhi),并讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu);比(bi)較(jiao)兩讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu)的(de)差值,通常在帶(dai)電(dian)體(ti)(ti)上應(ying)(ying)有較(jiao)高的(de)讀(du)(du)(du)數(shu),如(ru)0.4mV,而遠離帶(dai)電(dian)體(ti)(ti)則較(jiao)低,如(ru)0.15mV;記住此特征,可以開始測試了。

4、緊靠電纜(lan)沿(yan)電纜(lan)測試,當發現感應電筆指示燈變暗,或(huo)萬用表(biao)讀數(shu)明(ming)顯下降時(shi),變化處即為斷點。

5、測試(shi)完成(cheng),注意(yi)放電。

電(dian)容法

當電纜外有銅帶或鋼帶等金屬鎧裝層時,感應法不能進行檢測,此時用電容法;適應于所有電纜;在用電容法時先明白電容測試的原理——測試電容時,測試回路中使用的是交流/脈沖信號,即測量交流分壓或通過對電容體(兩相互絕緣的金屬極)進行充電和放電,測試電容體上的累積電量,轉換為電容量的讀數。

電(dian)(dian)容(rong)法(fa),可(ke)(ke)能(neng)因電(dian)(dian)纜繞(rao)成(cheng)(cheng)圈狀、各絕緣芯(xin)繞(rao)在一起而形成(cheng)(cheng)的電(dian)(dian)感,非良(liang)導(dao)體(如鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)帶(dai))的電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、各導(dao)電(dian)(dian)體之間(jian)(jian)的雜(za)散電(dian)(dian)容(rong)等而影(ying)響**度;此中的電(dian)(dian)感很小(xiao),可(ke)(ke)以不(bu)(bu)(bu)計(ji);電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)對測(ce)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)影(ying)響也(ye)不(bu)(bu)(bu)大,只是將導(dao)體與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)帶(dai)連(lian)接和不(bu)(bu)(bu)連(lian)接電(dian)(dian)容(rong)變化差別不(bu)(bu)(bu)大,也(ye)可(ke)(ke)不(bu)(bu)(bu)計(ji);但雜(za)散電(dian)(dian)容(rong)則影(ying)響較大,做了(le)一個試驗:完好芯(xin)與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)帶(dai)之間(jian)(jian)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)為117nF,將其他芯(xin)與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)帶(dai)連(lian)接,測(ce)結果還是117nF,而兩芯(xin)之間(jian)(jian)則有72nF。

為方便說明,假設電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)為2芯(xin)鋼帶鎧裝,其中1芯(xin)有1個斷點的電(dian)纜(lan)(lan);

具體做法如下:

1、將電(dian)纜兩端頭(tou)所有絕緣芯導體、鎧(kai)裝層(ceng)等懸(xuan)空;

2、分別在兩端(duan)測量完(wan)好(hao)(hao)絕(jue)緣(yuan)芯(xin)(xin)和有(you)(you)斷(duan)芯(xin)(xin)絕(jue)緣(yuan)芯(xin)(xin)對(dui)鋼帶(或第三(san)芯(xin)(xin)完(wan)好(hao)(hao)絕(jue)緣(yuan)芯(xin)(xin))的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容值(zhi),并記錄數值(zhi);此(ci)時,對(dui)應(ying)(ying)(ying)的(de)完(wan)好(hao)(hao)絕(jue)緣(yuan)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)兩端(duan)測得的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容值(zhi)應(ying)(ying)(ying)非常(chang)接近;同(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)斷(duan)芯(xin)(xin)兩端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容值(zhi)相加(jia)應(ying)(ying)(ying)略大于(yu)處于(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)樣(yang)位(wei)置(zhi)完(wan)好(hao)(hao)絕(jue)緣(yuan)芯(xin)(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容值(zhi),則說(shuo)明只(zhi)有(you)(you)一(yi)個(ge)斷(duan)點(dian),或多(duo)個(ge)斷(duan)點(dian)但距離(li)非常(chang)近;如果同(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)斷(duan)芯(xin)(xin)兩端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容值(zhi)相加(jia)小于(yu)處于(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)樣(yang)位(wei)置(zhi)完(wan)好(hao)(hao)絕(jue)緣(yuan)芯(xin)(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容值(zhi),則說(shuo)明斷(duan)點(dian)至少(shao)有(you)(you)兩處;注:理(li)論上,如果只(zhi)有(you)(you)一(yi)個(ge)斷(duan)點(dian)或多(duo)個(ge)斷(duan)點(dian)但非常(chang)近,兩端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容值(zhi)之和應(ying)(ying)(ying)大于(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)樣(yang)位(wei)置(zhi)完(wan)好(hao)(hao)絕(jue)緣(yuan)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容值(zhi),多(duo)少(shao)則因電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜不同(tong)(tong)(tong)而異(yi),見后面的(de)理(li)論分析(xi)。

3、根據斷芯絕緣芯與完好絕緣芯的(de)電(dian)容(rong)值進行比(bi)較計算,分別得到(dao)兩端的(de)長(chang)度,此時長(chang)度與實(shi)際長(chang)度可能有差別,下(xia)一步進行再(zai)校正;但兩芯不鎧裝電(dian)纜,就(jiu)無法(fa)進行校正。

4、如(ru)果(guo)計(ji)算長度之和大(da)于實際長度,多出長度值(zhi)(zhi)為負,如(ru)果(guo)小于實際長度則為正(zheng);再值(zhi)(zhi)用斷芯絕緣芯的電容值(zhi)(zhi),將差(cha)值(zhi)(zhi)分配(pei),分得的長段(duan)(duan)修正(zheng)長段(duan)(duan),短段(duan)(duan)修正(zheng)短段(duan)(duan),則得到斷點的實際位置。
